Use your cellphone like a blackberry

This helpful hint comes from the technical support staff at Tech Professionals

The PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) and Blackberry has become a daily essential tool for most businesses. The ability to synchronize your contacts, calendar and email on the go allow for increased freedom and accessibility.

However most freedoms come with a small price. Here's a tip that will save you any additional monthly fees.

If you have a cellphone that has bluetooth, you're already half way there! You'll need a bluetooth adapter (~$30) and some software (~$free - $60).

Once configured, you'll be able to synchronize your contacts and calendar (sorry, no email). Yes! That means not ever having to reenter phonebooks with new cell phones, or having to use your keypad to enter in names. Further, your phone can now alert you to calendar events with a ring, or beep.

So to recap, you'll need.
- A cellphone with Bluetooth
- A bluetooth adapter ($30, at most computer stores)
- software (available at the manufacturers website)

Here's a couple of links to get you started.
Nokia PC Suite
Motorola Phone Tools

As always, if you need any help setting this up, give us a call

A critical bug in the Internet Explorer (IE) browser also affects users of the Outlook 2003 e-mail client, making it much more serious than previously thought.

The vulnerability can be triggered when IE or Outlook 2003 processes Web-based graphics code written in the Vector Markup Language (VML).

We recommend all our clients do the following until Microsoft has released an update to the problem:

To turn on the Read all standard mail in plain text option, follow these steps:
1.	Start Outlook 2003.
2.	On the Tools menu, click Options.
3.	On the Preferences tab, in the E-mail area, click E-mail Options.
4.	In the Message handling area, click to select the Read all standard mail in plain text check box.
